How this calculator works

ABV = (OG - FG) x 131.25. Apparent attenuation = (OG - FG) / (OG - 1). Corn sugar for priming is estimated at about 4 g per litre for each volume of CO2 added beyond the roughly 0.85 volumes already dissolved after fermentation.
