What we liked
- + Centennial works for both bittering and aroma in American ales
- + 1 Lb. bag covers many batches for frequent IPA brewers
- + Pellets store compactly and give good utilization in the boil
Trade-offs
- - Large bag must be resealed and frozen to keep hop oils fresh
- - Too much for occasional brewers before the hops lose aroma
