What we liked
- + All grain recipe gives full control over mash temperature and body
- + Hazy IPA style delivers juicy, soft mouthfeel with low bitterness
- + Kit includes the grain bill and hops matched for the style
Trade-offs
- - Requires mash equipment, so it is not for extract-only beginners
- - Hazy IPAs are sensitive to oxygen at packaging and go stale fast
