What we liked
- + The tri-conical shape is described as collecting sediment for cleaner transfer.
- + A pressure-capable structure allows controlled fermentation conditions.
- + The transparent container lets you watch fermentation, and the easy-grip body helps with handling.
Trade-offs
- - At 27 L it is smaller than the 7.9 gallon FastFerment it replaces and costs more, so it suits small to medium batches.
- - The listing shows no accessories list, so check what the starter kit includes.
