What we liked
- + Compact 3.43 Gal size is ideal for small batch experiments and recipe testing
- + 1500W element plugs into a normal outlet and suits apartment brewing
- + Automatic control handles mash and boil steps with little supervision
Trade-offs
- - Small capacity will not produce a full five gallon batch of beer
- - Budget build and newer listing mean fewer reviews of long-term durability
