What we liked
- + Airtight stoppers build carbonation during 2nd fermentation
- + 8 Set covers a typical one gallon kombucha batch
- + Flip tops make opening and resealing easy
Trade-offs
- - Very similar to other generic 8 Set listings
- - Over-primed bottles can build dangerous pressure if left too long
