What we liked
- + 5.3 x 16 Inch deep basket suits tall kettles and big IPA hop bills
- + 1 Gallon basket volume gives hops room to swell and circulate
- + 300 micron stainless mesh keeps the fermenter free of hop sludge
Trade-offs
- - Very tall basket may not fit shorter or smaller brew pots
- - Deep mesh takes more effort to scrub clean after heavy use
