What we liked
- + 16 oz bottle still makes a large volume of diluted sanitizer
- + Smaller size suits occasional brewers and winemakers
- + Iodophor sanitizes without the foam that some brewers dislike
Trade-offs
- - Iodine can tint soft plastic and silicone parts over time
- - Must be diluted carefully to avoid off flavors in beer
