What we liked
- + 1 lb. bag is economical for frequent pale ale and IPA brewers
- + LD Carlson is a trusted homebrew wholesaler with consistent product
- + Pure gypsum is predictable to dose with a water calculator
Trade-offs
- - Bulk bag needs an airtight container to prevent clumping
- - Much more than occasional brewers can use in years
