What we liked
- + Insulated bag keeps fermenters cool with swapped frozen water bottles
- + Blocks light that can skunk beer during fermentation
- + Folds down flat for storage when it is not in use
Trade-offs
- - Needs regular ice changes, which is less precise than a fridge
- - Fit depends on fermenter shape, so check bucket and carboy sizes
