What we liked
- + Unhopped, as the title states, so bitterness and hop character stay fully under your control
- + Listing describes it as concentrated brewers wort that is easy to use
- + 3.3 lb size matches standard extract recipes, and the listing marks it as kosher
Trade-offs
- - Short listing: color in Lovibond and the malt bill are not given in the highlights
- - Pilsen extract is very pale on its own, so darker styles need specialty grains or a second extract
